The ATD Community has groups where members can connect, share ideas, and discuss topics that matter most to them. One of the key spaces for open conversation is the General Community Chat. The General Community Chat is a place for all ATD members to engage with peers across the talent development field.

• Who’s in the General Community Chat - All ATD members are automatically part of this group. It’s the space for anyone interested in connecting with others, sharing insights, or asking questions about talent development

• Where to Find the General Community Chat - You can access the group through your My Groups widget on the home page, using the 'Connect' drop-down, or by clicking on your Profile Icon.

• What Happens in the General Community Chat - ATD Members can discuss a wide range of talent development topics, share resources, and support one another. It’s a place for conversation, collaboration, and learning from your peers.

• How to Participate in the General Community Chat - Jump in by replying to posts or starting your own discussion. Posting your introduction is a great place to start if you haven't already!
