Community Champions are volunteer leaders who bring energy, expertise, and heart to the ATD Community. They spark conversations, welcome new members, and help keep this space engaging, supportive, and worth coming back to.
As a Champion, you're part host, part guide, and part connector. You'll share your knowledge, support your fellow members, and give ATD feedback that helps the community grow. This is a role for people who genuinely love the field of talent development and want to make the community feel like home for everyone in it.
What Champions Do
- Post at least 4 discussion threads per month to spark conversation and share insights from the talent development field
- Reply to at least 5 posts or questions monthly to encourage dialogue and make sure no voice goes unanswered
- Kick off discussions on trends, best practices, and member experiences
- Help maintain a positive, respectful environment and flag any concerns to the ATD Community team
- Share member feedback and observations to help inform how the community evolves
- Attend and help promote community events, including dropping seed questions before AMAs and other programming
