Training on preventing sexual harassment & violence in the workplace

I'm newer to the L&D space, and I support learning for our Canadian, Mexican and US based teams. We are in food manufacturing, and our employee population includes office, labs and plant teams. We currently have "good enough" compliance training that addresses state/provincial legal requirements for sexual harassment and violence in the workplace prevention. What I'm looking for is training that is instead geared towards helping employees go deeper and really understand these two topics. Can anyone recommend a vendor that has provided a decent online training that can be uploaded to my LMS? Thanks!

Hi Jaime,

We often use training modules from Navex Global. They do offer a wide range of modules and you are able to upload them on a LMS. We've purchased several training courses from them and they do have  modules in various languages as well. Here's their website: https://www.navex.com/en-us/

Hope  that helps! Best, Bonita

Hi Jaime,

This is a great place to ask that question. Sounds like you might want to do a series of courses that looks at harassment from different perspectives (i.e., avoiding it, handling reports, etc.). You may find a hybrid approach where you find off-the-shelf content and add customized modules that reinforce your company culture are a good alternative.

I've been very pleased with the variety and quality of training that we get from OpenSesame. They have a library of over 20,000 eLearning courses from a wide variety of publishers. With their "OpenSesame Plus" catalog, there are options for length, style of presentation, language options, and content. I just did a quick search of Sexual Harassment courses available and they have 56 publishers who have developed 444 courses in Spanish and 837 in English.

Additionally, OpenSesame recently released a feature where some courses can be customized - you start with their eLearning content and can add your own content - documents (i.e., PPT, pdf, etc.), videos, knowledge checks, and more - into their course so it feels like a seamless learning experience. We've done this with 2 courses for our annual safety training and it worked well. (They have 76 courses in the "Sexual Harassment" category that are customizable.)

Good luck!

Hi Jaime!
I find the same with a lot of learning. We use Adobe Learning Manager who partners with Go1 learning. Go1 has over 100,000 courses across many topics. There are a lot on harassment, bullying, and inclusiveness that we will leverage in our org.
