 trainer observation checklist or rubric?

Hi everyone, our director wants to develop an observation checklist or rubric to evaluate our clinical trainers. Would someone have a checklist or rubric we could see as an example? Or do you have advice on where we should begin or key traits to look for?

Margaret these look good, and I think they can work for me also. I need to turn training over to 10 of our locations and I need a good way to evaluate their trainers. These look like they will give me a good way to evaluate each the same and fairly. I would like to see more if anyone has them.
