 Seeking Recommendations: Director-Level Leadership Development & Coaching Programs

Good morning ATD Community,

I am seeking recommendations for director-level leadership development programs that go beyond traditional training courses.

Specifically, I am interested in programs or providers that combine:

  • Leadership development training for experienced leaders/directors
  • Coaching
  • Individual development or action plans
  • Tools to measure progress and track success over time
  • Ongoing support and accountability to help leaders apply what they learn on the job

Our goal is to invest in a solution that not only builds leadership capabilities but also provides a structured framework for sustained growth and measurable outcomes.

If you have experience with a program, vendor, or organization you'd recommend, I would appreciate any insights, including what worked well and how success was measured.

I work with organizations to build these - custom.  I am an executive Coach (PCC) and have been in the Leadership Development Space for about 30 years.  I have developed programs for organizations across industry sectors.  The programs have been used to build internal networks of leaders as well as the leadership pipeline.
