Hello ATD Community,

We are a large supplier company and my boss is curious as to if there are any external company recommendations anyone has on providing interviewing training that you would recommend? I know I just saw a post about what kind of programs have people created or done for this topic, but I am not finding any discussions that have 3rd party vendors that can conduct this training.

We are seeking the following if it will help:

• Training can be online or in person
• Sentiment is more value if in person

• Current audience is operations managers
• Could potentially be utilized across the company as part of the managerial onboarding experience

• A week is too long
• A couple of hours is probably too short

• a training program with the opportunity to practice is key
• Turnaround time needs to be as quick as we can make it
