I work as the Global Academy Manager for a large international company with over 6,500 employees across more than 80 countries.
One of our divisions is looking to strengthen its commercial bench strength and is seeking impactful sales training solutions.
We are looking for recommendations, experiences, or advice on sales training programs or providers that meet the following criteria:

Globally scalable – Our teams are spread across multiple regions, so the solution must either:

Include a strong train-the-trainer component to enable regional facilitators to deliver face-to-face sessions locally.

Practical and applied – Our teams need hands-on, real-world tools they can immediately apply in client conversations (e.g., consultative selling, value-based selling, negotiation, opportunity management).
- Suitable for a diverse, global audience – Ideally adaptable across cultures and levels of sales maturity.
