Hello!
I'm reaching out to ask if any of you have created or use any sort of 'quick reference guide' or cheat sheet type document for your managers to use when they're going to be interviewing potential candidates for a role?
If you do, would you mind sharing either the document you use (without any sensitive info/data, of course) or would you be willing to share what types of info you've included in any similar type documents you've created?
{What I'm looking for: A short infographic type document (maybe 1-2 page tops) that has some of the most important do's and don'ts about questions to ask, reminders about body language (especially for remote/virtual interviews), tips or tricks on how to ask more meaningful questions instead of closed ended ones, maybe even adding some precautions about not promising additional interviews or offers, etc.}
