Hello! I'm looking to do some benchmarking with someone working in Leadership Development with in the tech space.  Specifically Im interested in your percentage of overall engagement from the target audience for non-mandatory leadership training classes (VILT or in-person, but not async). I manage Strategy & Ops for the Talent & Development team at Stripe and Im happy to share what we're doing for Leadership training and share tactics we're having success in in return!

Hi Maggie,

I'm not able to assist here since I do not work in Leadership Development in the tech space, however anything you are willing to share that you are doing for leadership training that has been successful is of interest to me. My leadership development program launches next month, and is the first one we've done. I'll take any tips you're open to sharing!

Maggie, I designed and implemented a Leadership Development Program for mid-level technology leaders. The program is a year long and the 5th cohort will launch this September. We've had successes and failures with our tactics and the program continues to evolve. I would enjoy sharing with you.
