I took one of NovoEd's complimentary courses and I really liked the platform of the self directed learning. Is anyone out there using them? I have submitted a form several times to request a demo and no one has responded. I am worried if I have this much trouble getting a response when I am possibly spending money with them, that their customer support, if we did purchase, would be difficult as well. I am not giving up as I really like the company, how they offer free courses, and that platform is really great. Just thought I would ask here in case anyone is a current customer of NovoEd. Thanks!
