Has anyone used Engagedly as their PLMS?

Hi all - I am looking into switching over to Engagedly as our PLMS. We are looking to consolidate our performance management and LMS into one system, and Engagedly seems to have everything we need. I like that they also have engagement surveys and a recognition/rewards piece as well. However, I am always wary of sales people who promise the world and then the system doesn't function like you want or need it to. Can you share your experience if you have used Engagedly, either currently or previously? What were the positive and negatives? Anything I should be thinking about?

We just did a search for a PLMS to consolidate as well. Engagedly never came up in our search, so I don't have a lot of insights to share on that. We ended up going with Acorn, and so far we have been pretty happy with our experience.

@Emma Liedy - Thanks for this response! I'm curious about two things: 1) What other PLMSs came up in your search? 2) I also have talked to Acorn, but we felt like their performance reviews weren't built out enough for us (since it is just part of Momentum). Are you all using Acorn for your annual performance reviews, and if so, how has it gone?

Hello again! We also tested HR Performance Pro and Bridge. We weren't sure how Acorn would manage our performance reviews, but they actually built out a sample performance review for us during the vetting process that we felt met our needs. We have been doing performance reviews on word docs though, so I am not sure if your current process is more robust than ours which would make it seem limited. This winter will be our first performance review cycle so I unfortunately don't have too much data for you on that front yet
