Heidi, I have to agree with your first sentence. If you don't have buy-in nothing is going to help bring a team together. If the Team wants to work better together, then it may work. We are doing some reading on communication, and out group said that if others are not reading and following the same principals then a lot of what we are trying will not work. It has to be a group buy-in. Good luck.
