Hi, I'm a first year PhD student and I'm planning to do my research for my dissertation on onboarding for internally promoted employees. My plan is to interview 6-10 employees who went through an onboarding process when they were promoted. Do any of you work for a company that would be willing to let me do that and then as part of it I could do a program analysis of their onboarding program.
I'm based in Columbus, OH but could do this research virtually.
