The backstory: Up until last May, our 10-year-old small company only had a 'Training Team' that consisted of SME/Trainers, with no real L&D experience, who reported to HR. In the last year, we have grown from a team of 4 SMEs/Trainers with no dedicated L&D leader, to an L&D Department led by a manager with extensive L&D experienced who brought in 2 Senior IDs to help develop the SME/Trainers into capable and confident IDs.
🙃Fast forward through a ton of coaching, collaborating, converting, mentoring, redesigning, restructuring, and developing.🙃
Now, we need to introduce our 'freshman' IDs to the practice, and explain the importance of conducting Peer Reviews on everything that leaves our doors. 🥳YAY! (try to control your envy😆)
In the past, I've created Peer Review checklists L&D teams for QA, but I can't seem to locate any of those previous resources (too many contracts, too many old laptops🤪). Does anyone in the Community have any 'How-To' Peer Review job aids/guidelines and/or checklists you are willing to share? Thank you, in advance, for any assistance!🤓
