Although I no longer use this vendor, I can't say enough good things about Emtrain. Their compliance trainings use well-produced video examples and lots of interactive questions, and there is a tier where you can get deeper metrics to see areas where you may wish to focus attention on culture-building, etc. The program is refreshed each year so that at least some of the videos are new, and the company will also work with you to ensure any state or municipal laws are incorporated into the training.
I wouldn't say the examples are specific to higher education; rather, they are pretty general and cover lots of different work environments. That said, Emtrain is just so much better than other trainings I've experienced. The compliance trainings I've gotten from my own university (as a graduate student) are higher ed.-specific, and they don't hold a candle to Emtrain.
