Hi @Karida Palmer, fantastic suggestion. I like your term "volun-told" even as I wasn't thinking that term specifically it is what I see happening. I work in a culture that doesn't seem to have any exposure to coaching at all. When I did their one-on-ones after a 360 review the first line...
