Does anyone have, use, or recommend any specific trainings or content for their Talent/Recruiting team to guide them on the areas listed below:
- How and what to document in reference to potential hires, interview feedback, any pre-hire testing assessment results, etc.- basically anything that could be considered as "discoverable" in the event of a lawsuit.
- Legal guidance for interviews- not just for them as recruiters, but what to do if a hiring manager says or asks something in an interview that is not allowed to be asked or mentioned.
- General advice from a legal perspective for our entire talent team that they could then share with hiring managers as 'best practice'
We have a newer Talent Leader who has requested we source something that would address the points listed above and I'm honestly not sure where to start.
Thank you!
