I’m exploring creating a Learning Community within our organization and would love to hear from others who have done something similar.
- Have you set up a Learning community or network?
- What was your primary goal in creating it?
- How are you currently using it (e.g., process alignment, best practice sharing, project coordination, etc.)?
- Who participates, and how do you keep engagement strong?
