Hello! The learning framework I use when delivering learning experiences and solutions to the staff at my credit union is: Context | Content | Practice | Apply | Sustain. We are in the process of completing market expansion, which is leading us to deliver many of our courses virtually for the first time via Teams calls. For those of you who have gone through a similar transition, what are your best practices and approaches to practice and apply learning objectives when what is being taught is technical in nature?

During COVID, we had to transition all of our training to virtual, including our technical computer trainings.  I found it best to pre-record small videos of the technical steps so that the learners could actually see the steps in action in the environment that they will be working in.  We were also able to establish a way for the learners to “remote I “ to a lab machine and actually work in the practice environment.  Though I’m not sure exactly how that division was able to do that.  I can try to find out if you would like.
