Good day L&D friends
I have noticed lately that there's so much talk about AI training for L&D professionals. I have not researched it much. Now I use AI in my daily work for research, content development, etc. However, I just want to make sure that I am looking out for the right training. I am the Learning and Development Specialist for our agency and I person team. We are a government agency and the powers that be are still working on the policies that will govern the use of AI at work.
In the meantime, I would like to stay on top of my game particularly in learning and development. I am curious to know what other areas L&D professionals are gaining knowledge on in AI. What do you prioritize?

| Learning & Development Professionals: If AI still feels overwhelming... this post is for you. We just wrapped an incredible in-person AI Intensive for L&D with a group of bold learning professionals (Cohort #4) who aren't waiting around to get disrupted. They are choosing to lead the change. |

I also just listened to the podcast episode he did with ATD How to Incorporate Generative AI Into Your L&D Strategy with Josh Cavalier and it was quite informative. I think my challenge is even knowing what I should be learning now working in highly regulated environment.
Best Regards
